The Construction Management Certificate provides students with the foundational knowledge and practical skills required for entry‑level roles in construction management. Students gain a strong background in construction materials and methods, blueprint reading, estimating, scheduling, project documentation, building codes, and digital tools used in the construction industry. The objective is to prepare students for employment as a Construction Management Assistant, Project Coordinator, Estimating Assistant, Scheduling Assistant, or other entry‑level construction management support roles.
Prerequisites: Students must test ABE ESL Level 4 or above.
